A lose / win situation

Went racing at York on Friday with the guys and gals from Punters Lounge - meeting all but a few for the first time and feeling on Saturday as if I had known them all for months.

No winners at the races for me (nearly everyone else made money so well done them) and my one win during the poker in the evening only halved my loss but neither figure was huge and I had a great time all day.

Was really good to leave the PC behind for two days and although straight back into it yesterday I am playing without any of the stress of last week.

And I have learned that I have a decent poker face for the live game and played both on Friday and at the Maxim final earlier in the month without any nerves, so perhaps that will be my game although no evidence financially yet !

ps. Flo visited Danbird today and all went to plan !!
